Engagement

• We provide services at hourly rates. If the scope of the work can be defined reasonably well, we can also work for a flat fee.
• For each project, a clear statement of work is created to ensure that your expectations are met.
• During project development, weekly feedback is provided showing what was worked on, what was completed and the status of any open issues or risks.
• Upon project completion, we can provide technical handoff through on-site training or by creating documentation.
• After project completion, we don't charge any additional fees to answer questions from time-to-time concerning the project.
• For most larger projects, we normally will not charge for the first couple of days of work to allow for setup, tool understanding and knowledge transfer.
